Who we are
We’re Kamden Emrick and Lucas Dunn, Directors of Operations at K&L Pitching Lab. As varsity starting pitchers with strong careers and consistently high-level stats, we’ve both been fortunate to train under some of the most respected pitching and hitting coaches in the game. Through those experiences, we’ve developed a deep understanding of the mechanics needed to succeed on the mound and at the plate. Our goal is to use that knowledge to help athletes like you take your game to the next level.

With 1-on-1 coaching, we focus directly on your goals and technique, giving you the attention needed to grow. Using advanced technology, we track your velocity, mechanics, and progress over time to ensure consistent improvement. You’ll also receive a specific throwing program and mobility plan designed to keep you healthy and performing at your highest level.
